The Embassy of Brazil in Hungary is located on the Citi Tower 9th floor of the Bank Center. The Embassy regularly organizes exhibitions to showcase, among other things, Brazil's diverse wildlife and the works of Brazilian artists.

Born in Germany in 1923 and naturalized as Brazilian in 1935, Hannah Brandt, Jewish refugee, became an important engraver in Brazil. This exhibition, conceived within the context of the Ghetto Day with the support of Casa Stefan Zweig (based in Petrópolis/Brazil) presents some reproductions of her colourful and diverse work.
The Legacy of Exile (1933-1945) How Refugees Fleeing World War II Contributed to Brazil

This exhibition - a partnership between the Embassy and Casa Stefan Zweig - is composed of images, texts and videos portraying 39 out of the 15,000 refugees who went to Brazil during the Second World War, with a special chapter dedicated to another group of 12 refugees who came from Hungary. The collection also includes reproductions of images of Brazilian cities made by the Austrian refugee and photographer Kurt Klagsbrunn.

Brazil Through the Eyes of Artists
Hungarian Natural History Museum, Budapest

Inaugurated last April during the "Earth Day" in the Hungarian Natural History Museum, this exhibition gives an insight into the vibrant beauty of Brazil through the works of the German painter Wilhelm Wöller and the Brazilian photographer Lucas Lenci. Stuffed exotic birds from the collection of the Hungarian Natural History Museum also complete the display.
Rising once more in renewed splendor, the headquarters of the Hungarian National Bank on Szabadság Square—standing proudly beside the Bank Center—has completed a historic transformation, accompanied by the elegant renewal of its surrounding streets. Since its original construction, the building had never undergone such a profound renovation, making the works that commenced in October 2021 both timely and momentous.
